G.Skill unveils its new Phoenix EVO series solid state drive that is based on 2xnm MLC NAND flash memory and is equipped with SandForce’s SF-1222 SSD controller. It comes in a 2.5-inch form factor, it utilizes a SATA II interface and offers 115GB of internal storage. It was also built to serve you as it also features environmental specifications which protects the drive from Shock and Vibration. The G.Skill Phoenix EVO Series also offers up to 280MB/s read and 270MB/s write speeds, expect to see it on the market later this month, no pricing information was found.

Hercules has added new units to its eCAFE line of Netbooks, there were two new units added and they are called the Hercules eCAFE Slim HD and eCAFE EX HD Netbooks. The company is claiming that both new netbooks will boast the best battery life of all other netbooks on the market. Specs-wise, they both feature 10.1-inch backlit LED displays with 1024×600 resolution with the power of an ARM Cortex-A8 Freescale processor with 512MB of RAM. The company decide not go with SSD or hard drives for storage, instead the equipped the netbooks with Flash iNand memory, the eCAFE Slim HD will be available with 8GB of storage while the eCAFE EX HD gets 16GB of storage as they combined 8GB Flash iNand and a 8GB SDHC memory card included.
Lexar Technology has announced its new 128GB (which is a first in the industry) and 64GB 133x Professional SDXC memory cards. All the cards comes with Image Rescue software that will help with recover lost or deleted photo and video files. They are ideal for shooting continuous, rapid-fire images and extended lengths of 1080p Full HD video. The 64GB 133x SDXC will be available for a price of $199.99 but you could get it on Amazon for a price of $129 while the 128GB model will be priced at 128GB model.
