[Review] USB-Powered Hand Warmer and Mini Whack It KeyChain

I recently received a package via snail mail with three novelty gifts in it. There was the Mini Whack It, a keychain whack a mole game, the USB-Powered mini Handy Massager & Warmer and a hand pressing flash light. These are pretty handy devices to help pass time, or help relieve pain from the hands after a long day of typing. There isnt much to say about the devices as they are pretty small and doesnt have a lot of features to them.

The Mini Whack It, a keychain with an integrated hand operated whack-a-mole game that has 18 levels.

Leaked: Motorola Working on Two Razr-Inspired Tablets

Motorola is currently working on at least two new Android tablets to launch on the Verizon 4G network before the end of the year, according to information obtained by CNET. The devices would be the first two tablets from Motorola since it launched its flagship slate, the Xoom, in February.

Dubbed the Xyboard, the new tablet will come in both 8- and 10-inch versions, and will be stamped with Verizons famed Droid branding.

CNET got its hands on both devices, and was able to take a peek under the hood. Both pack dual-core, 1.2GHz processors (though its unclear if theyre Nvidia Tegra chips) backed by 1GB of RAM.

Batman: Arkham City’s DX11 Implementation Broken, Patch Promised

We’ve spent a few hours in Arkham City over the holiday weekend, in between slaving over other review projects and eating sixty pounds of turkey. The game itself is pretty great–if you liked Arkham Asylum, you’ll likely love Arkham City–except for one teensy problem that’s almost not worth mentioning.

The entire DirectX 11 implementation is broken. And not by a little, either. The game’s publishers have acknowledged
that “running the game with DX 11 is causing the performance issues,” and recommends working around the problem by dropping back to DX9. Read more…
