While Motorola and HTC have been privy to the Android 2.0 source code for a while now, Google has taken the extra step and published the source code of Android 2.0, which is the current version of its mobile operating system. If you’re the techie type and like to see what’s under the hood of your mobile phone, then check it out, if not you’re probably better off waiting for your cell phone manufacturer to implement the Android 2.0 update than do it yourself.
