FedEx.Com + Fred Willard is…What Exactly?

FedEx is trying to go viral and promote its online shipping and payment portal (FedEx.com). Heres a sample video from their campaign, which takes an over-the-top campy approach:
And heres another video which covers FedEx Mobile, and keeps this post barely relevant to The Gadget Blog (FedEx Mobile = Smartphones = Gadgets, got that?)
What do you think? Personally, its a decent summary of what the FedEx portal can do, but only because cult-favorite Fred Willard makes it work somewhat. I cant help but cringe unconsciously about the actors career.
More importantly, has anyone here tried out the delivery companys revamped tracking and payment service? Share your experiences in the comments.
