
Viewsonic known for their LCD displays and projectors is the latest to enter the notebook market. The company has released a notebook (the VNB132) and a netbook (the VNB102). The devices are expected to be available in November.
The VNB102 comes with standard netbook specifications including a 1.6 GHz Atom N270 processor, 160GB hard disk and 1GB of RAM. It will have a 10.1 inch display featuring 1024×600 pixels. My desktop keyboard, a no-name afterthought that cost around $5, seems to lack the spring and responsiveness of my laptop keyboard. Theres nothing wrong with the keyboard, but theres something awfully wrong with the feel of it.
