Super Talent has announced its new storage device, the Storage POD Mini Portable USB 3.0 Solid State Drive. It measures 110mm x 68mm x 10mm which means its easy to travel with and ideal for users who are constantly on-the-go. It features an all-aluminum casing to protect the device and to make the device more durable. The Storage POD Mini uses a SandForce SSD processor and supports the USB 3.0 interface, it promises to deliver an ultra fast 260MB/s data transfer speed.
The Storage POD from Super Talent comes in three different models, there is a 60GB, 120GB and 240GB model.
G.Skill unveils its new Phoenix EVO series solid state drive that is based on 2xnm MLC NAND flash memory and is equipped with SandForce’s SF-1222 SSD controller. It comes in a 2.5-inch form factor, it utilizes a SATA II interface and offers 115GB of internal storage. It was also built to serve you as it also features environmental specifications which protects the drive from Shock and Vibration. The G.Skill Phoenix EVO Series also offers up to 280MB/s read and 270MB/s write speeds, expect to see it on the market later this month, no pricing information was found.

It is a pebble shaped luxury USB key that was handcrafted in France and each piece is individually plated with precious silver through Christofle’s 150 year-old silvering process. The drive only comes in a capacity of 4GB, it measures 80 x 38 x 9 mm, comes in a charming gift box and is priced at $130 per unit in Christofle boutiques all over the world or online from LaCie’s store.
